Partnering with the VP to grow the volume business has been highly rewarding. The key to success is working closely with buyers and understanding the volume business. I have developed merchandising strategies that drive sales, meet regularly with buyers to review plans and inventories, and identify in-season opportunities and risks.
In addition, I oversee seasonal key looks, and color stories, focusing on trend boards, and fabric development, while reinterpreting the DNA of FILA at a cost-efficient price for the consumer. I have taken a strategic role with Macy’s Backstage, Nordstrom Rack, Burlington, TJ Maxx, Bloomingdale’s Outlet, and Ross, supervising product assortments with a combined shipped wholesale volume of $110M and ensuring timely delivery to customers.
